Lead Finder · Any ICP, any source, scored

A scored lead list by morning, not a research evening.

You sell a product or a service. Finding who to sell it to eats your week. Define the ideal customer profile once: industry, location, size, the signals that mean they need you. The finder searches the sources you choose, scores every prospect against your offer and delivers a clean list. Press run on the right; it is the real product with sample data.

The problem

Prospecting by hand is a second job.

Hours on directories and job boards

Scrolling listings, company sites and profiles, copying names into a sheet, one row at a time.

Bought lists are dead lists

Stale, generic and sold to fifty other people the same week. None of them match your ICP exactly.

No signal, just names

A name and an email tell you nothing about whether they need what you sell this month.

Outreach with no angle

Without knowing what is missing, a hiring post, a dated site, no reviews, no booking, every message opens cold.

How it runs

One call. One paid trial. Then you decide.

01Book the 20-minute call

You describe the ICP and the offer. We define the profile, the sources and the scoring together, live, and you get them in writing.

02Run the paid trial list

One fixed price, $500–$1,000, agreed in writing. You judge the quality of actual rows for your actual ICP, not a promise.

03Schedule it and decide

The finder runs on a schedule and sends only what is new. Continue with the automation package or stop here and keep the list.

After the first runs, scores tighten as you mark which leads replied, so the list gets sharper every week. Change the ICP or add a source and the finder follows; it is configured, not rebuilt.

What the search above is doing

Each row carries a score and the reason: the signal your pitch can name in the first line.

01
One ICP, configured

Industry, location, company size, keywords, hiring and tech signals. The search runs on your profile, not a generic scrape. Change it any time.

02
Any source

Directories, map listings, job boards, company websites, review sites, public social profiles, funding and news feeds. Add or drop a source without touching the code.

03
Fit scoring against your offer

Every prospect scored on the signals that mean they need you, so you contact the 90s first.

04
The angle, attached

Each lead notes what is visibly missing or happening: hiring for the role you serve, a dated site, no booking, no reviews. Ready for line one of your message.

05
Clean and deduplicated

Public data only, checked against your existing sheet or pipeline so you never contact the same person twice.

06
Delivered your way, on a schedule

A sheet, a dashboard, or straight into the pipeline tool you already use. Weekly, daily, or on demand, and only what is new.

How pricing works

Priced in writing before anything starts.

Trial · 1 week$500–$1,000
Full build · package$5,000–$10,000
Run & supportOptional, named on the call

Indicative ranges. The exact number for your case is confirmed in writing before any work starts.

  • The trial list is one fixed price between $500 and $1,000, named on the call and put in writing before any search runs.
  • The full build is the automation package, $5,000–$10,000 for 4–5 automations: scheduled runs, enrichment, dedupe, scoring, delivery, chosen for your workflow. Anything beyond it is a custom build priced on complexity.
  • Run and support is optional and monthly, with no minimum term. No retainer and no per-lead fee: you pay for the run, not for how many rows it finds.
  • The bot only reads public data and honours site terms and rate limits. That is in writing too.

The trial delivers a real list for your real ICP. If the rows are not worth contacting, stop there. You keep the list and the written profile either way.

Questions

What owners ask before the call

Will this work for my ICP, or only for common ones?

It works for any ICP with a public footprint: directories, map listings, job boards, company websites, review sites, public social profiles, funding and news feeds. On the call we run a real search for your profile, so you know before paying.

Where do the leads come from?

The sources you choose. Public directories, map listings, job boards, company websites, review sites and public social profiles are the usual set. Nothing is collected from behind a login, and site terms and rate limits are honoured.

Can I change the ICP or the offer later?

Yes. The profile, sources and scoring are configuration, not code. Change the industry, the region, the size band or the offer, and the next run follows the new profile. A new service line is a new profile, not a new build.

What does the trial cost?

One fixed price between $500 and $1,000, named on the 20-minute call once we know your ICP and sources, and put in writing before any search runs. The range is indicative until it is written down for you.

How is the score calculated?

Against your offer. Each prospect is checked for the signals that mean they need you, a role they are hiring for, a dated site, a missing booking or review system, a recent funding round, and scored on how many apply. You see the reason next to every score.

Will it contact the same person twice?

No. Every run is checked against your existing sheet or pipeline before delivery, so a lead you already contacted never comes back as new.

What happens after the call if I say no?

You keep the written profile, sources and scoring for your ICP, and you hear from us once, a week later, to ask if anything changed. That is it.
