Refund policy

Every A+ Players engagement is priced in writing before it starts, in small steps, so a refund is rarely needed. This page says exactly when one is paid.
01The free call and the written plan
The 20-minute call and the written plan that follows it cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You keep the plan whether or not you go ahead.
02The trial fee
The trial fee is paid in advance. It is refunded in full if the studio cancels the trial before starting it, or if the studio fails to deliver the agreed trial scope as written in the plan.
Once the trial has been delivered, the fee is not refundable. The trial exists so that you can judge working software before committing to anything bigger. If it does not fit, you stop there, owe nothing further, and keep the plan and the work delivered.
03Full build milestones
Each milestone payment covers a milestone that has been delivered and is not refundable. A milestone that has not been delivered is never charged.
If you stop the build at a milestone boundary, you pay for delivered milestones only and keep everything delivered.
04Monthly run and support
Run and support is billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time by writing to the contact address. The current month is not refunded. No further months are charged.
05How a refund is paid
A refund that is due is paid to the original payment method within 10 working days of the decision. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside the studio's control and may add a few days.
