01What this website collects

This site sets no analytics cookies. It does not track you across other sites and it does not build a profile of you. If a campaign link brought you here, the campaign labels in that link (utm parameters) are kept in your browser for the session only, so that a call you book can say where you found us; they are not sent anywhere unless you click the call button.

Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which runs on the same host that serves the site. It records the page, the referrer, the country and the browser type as an anonymous aggregate; it sets no cookie and stores no identifier that could name you. When the call-booking form is sent, one event is counted alongside the page views so we can see how many visitors book.

When a tag manager is switched on for a deployment, it may load Google Tag Manager and the analytics tags configured inside it (for example Google Analytics or Firebase). Those set cookies under Google's policy and record which pages you visit and which buttons you click. This paragraph is the notice that it may be on; the tag manager is not loaded unless it is configured.

The hosting provider keeps standard server logs: your IP address, the pages you request, the time, and your browser type. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure. They are kept for no longer than the provider's default retention and are not joined to any other data about you.

The demos on this site run on sample data. Nothing you click in a demo is sent to us.

The call-booking form sends your name, email, the system you picked, what you describe you are looking for, the page you were on and any campaign labels from the link you arrived by to one Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account, and emails the same details to our contact address. They are used only to arrange and prepare the call. Ask at the contact address and the row is deleted.

02Links that hand data to someone else

The call button opens either your email client or a booking page run by a scheduling provider. The WhatsApp and phone buttons open WhatsApp or your dialler. Once you use one of those links, the email service, the booking provider or WhatsApp handles your data under its own policy, not this one.

What you write to us in an email, a booking form or a WhatsApp message is used to reply to you and to prepare for the call. It is not added to any marketing list.

03The Personal OS demo

The A+ Player Personal OS demo stores every entry you make in your own browser's local storage on your own device. Nothing is uploaded. Clearing your browser data removes it, and we never see it.

04Client project data

When you become a client, the data your system holds, such as customer records, bookings or lead lists, is handled under the written agreement for that project. That agreement names what data the system holds and who can access it.

Systems are hosted in India unless we agree otherwise in writing. You can ask for a full export of your data at any time, in a standard file format. You can ask for it to be deleted when the engagement ends, and it is deleted within 30 days of that request, except where a legal duty requires a record to be kept.

We access client data only to build, fix and support the system, and never sell it or use it for any other purpose.

05Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request to the contact address below and we act on it within 10 working days.

If you are a customer of one of our clients, the client controls your data. Send your request to them and we help them fulfil it.

06Law that applies

This policy is governed by the laws of India. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 applies to the data described here as its provisions come into force, and this policy is updated to match.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how client data is handled are sent to clients in writing.
