For owner-led service businesses with 2–50 people: agencies, studios, consultancies and clinics.
Four steps from first post to a client who recommends you.
The Task Manager and the KPI Dashboard read across all four. Meetings, proposals and invoices live inside the CRM, on the deal record. Pick a tool to see the screens inside it.

Pick at most 3 bets a 6-week cycle. Each gets three targets (doing, attention, conversations), a Friday check-in, and a verdict on evidence: scale, fix or stop. Its Create section drafts what each bet needs from one brand book: website pages, LinkedIn posts, videos, slides and quizzes. You approve every piece. No paid ads required.

Setups opened in September 2026. There are no client logos or testimonials to show yet, so these are the limits the software enforces, not results we are claiming.
Find the step that leaks, in 3 minutes.
12 questions, 3 minutes. You get a score out of 100, your three biggest gaps and the hours a week the pack gives back. Add your tool bills at the end to see what they cost you a year.
- Deals and next steps in memory, the inbox or a spreadsheet.
- Proposals that take 3–5 days after a good call.
- Invoices chased when someone remembers.
- 4–6 subscriptions that don't talk to each other.
Your result names the one tool that closes your biggest gap, with the hours a week it gives back and the working behind the number.
Score, a 20-minute walkthrough, then a 14-day setup.
12 questions, 3 minutes, in your browser. You see your weakest step and the hours it costs a week.
We run your real numbers through the pack: your prospects, your proposals, your open invoices.
A fixed-scope onboarding, starting with the step your score is weakest at. 50% up front, 50% at handover.
A monthly retainer on your own server: support, plus each automation tool we add to the system. Nothing is sent without your approval.
Against memory, five subscriptions and an agency.
| Memory and spreadsheets | 5 separate subscriptions | An agency | A+ Players | |

| What it costs | Your evenings. | 5 bills a month, often per seat. | A retainer for their team's hours. | One onboarding fee, then a monthly retainer with new tools included; server billed separately.Beta users get a reduced first month, set on the call. |
| Where your data lives | In your head and your inbox. | In 5 vendors' clouds. | In their tools. | On your own server, in your accounts. |
| From reply to invoice | Retyped at every step. | Copied between tools. | Not their job. | One record: deal → proposal → invoice → client portal. |
| Who sends | You, when you remember. | Automations nobody checks. | Their team, in your name. | You. Every draft waits for your approval. |
| When you see it work | Never. | After onboarding 5 tools. | At the end. | On the call, with your numbers. |
One fee to set up. One retainer to run and grow.
- Onboarding: a 14-day, fixed-scope setup starting with your weakest step. 50% up front, 50% at handover, agreed in writing before day 1.
- A monthly retainer: running, support and every automation tool we add to the system. One system that grows, not one more subscription per tool.
- The server is billed to you directly on a fixed tier sized for the apps you run; more apps need a larger tier, and you see every line of that bill.
- Both numbers are set on the 20-minute call, next to what you pay for your tools today, and confirmed in writing.
The score and the 20-minute walkthrough cost nothing. If the pack does not fit, you keep your report and stop there.
What owners ask before the call
Is this an app I sign up for?
No. It is a done-with-you setup. In 14 days we install the pack on your server, connect your accounts and set up the step your score is weakest at first. Then you run it, and you approve everything it drafts.
Does anything go out without me?
No. AI does the research and the drafting: leads, first emails, posts, proposals, invoices. You approve every step. Outreach sends from your own Gmail, connected in one click, capped at 20 emails a day.
Where does my data live?
On your own server, in your own accounts. Leads, deals, proposals and invoices are yours, and they stay where they are if you stop working with us.
What does it cost?
A one-off onboarding fee for the 14-day, fixed-scope setup, paid 50% up front and 50% at handover, then a monthly retainer. We set both on the 20-minute call, in writing, once we have seen your numbers. The retainer covers running and support, and every automation tool we add to the system joins yours at no extra cost. The server is billed to you separately, on a fixed tier sized for the apps you run.
How does that compare with what I pay now?
The last, optional step of the score asks what you pay each month for content, email, lead data, CRM, proposals, invoicing and project tools. Bring that total to the call and we set it next to the pack for year 1 and each year after, whichever way it falls.
What if my score is already high?
Then the habits are in place, and the pack removes the manual work between them. The walkthrough puts a number on the hours; if they are not worth a setup, you hear that on the call.
What do I bring to the 20-minute call?
Your score link. If you have them, last month's numbers too: prospects contacted, proposals sent, invoices still open. We run those through the pack live.
