Your team does it weekly. A system does it instead.
Invoicing, reports, follow-ups, document generation, data entry. Prospect research, price monitoring and public-data collection too. Press run on the right. That is a real weekly invoicing job, the kind that fires every Monday at 06:00 with nobody at the keyboard.
You leave the call with a written list of what in your week can be automated, and what it costs you to keep doing it by hand.
- The same run fires every Monday 06:00 without anyone pressing anything.
Where the hours actually go.
The same data moved between email, Excel and other tools, every single day, by a person.
Hours each week building the same report a system could generate in seconds.
Quotes, invoices and client check-ins slip because a human had to remember them.
Evenings scrolling directories and competitor pages into a sheet that is stale the next day, and prices that changed weeks before you noticed.
One call. One paid trial. Then you decide.
We walk through your week together and name the highest-value automation first. You get the list in writing.
One process automated at a fixed price agreed before work starts. You measure the hours it gives back in the first month.
Further automations are scoped and priced one at a time. Stop after the trial and keep the one that runs.
After launch, every run is monitored and logged, and maintenance comes bundled, so a failed step reaches you before it reaches a client.
What the run above is doing
The demo shows invoicing. The same pattern, trigger, steps, log, zero errors tolerated, applies to any weekly process, including the ones that start on a website.
Generate, send and track invoices; flag late payments and send the reminder for you.
Scheduled reports and live dashboards that build themselves from your data.
Personalised follow-ups for quotes, renewals and check-ins, sent on time. Contracts, proposals and letters produced from templates in one click.
Prospect research, listings and public data gathered on a schedule, cleaned, deduplicated and delivered as a sheet. Public data only, site terms respected.
Competitor prices and pages watched, with an alert the moment something changes. Repetitive forms and portals filled by a bot, with a log of every run.
Your existing tools joined up so data moves without a person copying it. Summaries, drafts and classification handled by AI inside the pipeline, with reviewed rules and logged runs.
The studio opened in September 2026, so there are no client logos or testimonials to show yet. The panel above is a concept preview with sample data; the system you get is built around your workflow, and on the call you watch this pattern mapped to it.
Against doing it by hand, a no-code tool and an agency.
| Keep doing it by hand | A no-code tool | An agency build | A+ Players | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who runs it every week | A person, every Monday. | You, once you learn the tool. | The agency, on a retainer. | A scheduled job. Nobody at the keyboard. |
| Cost to find out | Free, paid for in hours. | A subscription and your evenings. | A discovery phase before any quote. | One small fixed-price trial. |
| When a step fails | Someone notices next week. | A silent stop in a dashboard. | A ticket, answered in days. | Logged and flagged to you the same run. |
| Fits your actual process | Exactly, because it is your process. | If it matches a template. | After months of discovery. | Mapped on the call, built to the map. |
| Who you talk to | Nobody. | A help centre. | An account manager. | The person writing the code. |
Priced in writing before anything starts.
Indicative ranges. The exact number for your case is confirmed in writing before any work starts.
- The trial automates one process for one fixed price, $500–$1,000, named on the call and put in writing before work starts.
- The full build is the automation package, $5,000–$10,000 for 4–5 processes chosen for your workflow. Anything beyond it is a custom build priced on complexity.
- Each further automation is scoped and priced on its own, in writing, before it begins.
- No monthly retainer. Monitoring, logs and maintenance come bundled after launch.
- We only propose an automation when the hours it saves clearly beat its cost. If nothing qualifies, we say so on the call.
- Web data is collected from public sources only, within each site's terms and rate limits. If what you need cannot be collected that way, we say so on the call.
If the trial automation does not give back the hours we wrote down, you stop there. You keep the automation running and the written audit list.
What owners ask before the call
How do I know which task to automate first?
That is what the audit call is for. We walk through your week, count the hours per task, and pick the one where a system pays for itself fastest. You get the ranked list in writing.
Do I have to change the tools my team already uses?
No. The automation connects to the tools you have, email, Excel, WhatsApp, your accounting software, and moves the data between them. Your team keeps working where it already works.
What does the trial cost?
One fixed price between $500 and $1,000 for one automated process, named on the call once we know the steps involved. It goes in writing before any work starts. The range is indicative until it is written down for you.
What happens when the automation breaks, or a website changes its layout?
Every run is logged. A failed step stops, records why, and sends you an alert the same run. A collector that suddenly returns fewer rows does the same. Fixes are part of the bundled maintenance, not a new invoice.
Can you collect data from websites, and is that legal?
Yes, for public data. We respect each site's terms of service and robots rules and keep request rates low. What we will and will not collect goes in writing before the trial. Bring the list of sources to the call and we confirm each one before quoting.
Can AI be part of the automation safely?
Yes, for steps like summaries, drafts and sorting. The rules are reviewed with you first, every output is logged, and anything that touches money or a client goes through a check you define.
What happens after the call if I say no?
You keep the written audit list of what in your week can be automated. We check in once, a week later, to ask if anything changed. That is it.
Name the most annoying task in your week. It gets automated first.
One audit call. One small trial. Then you decide.
